Balance Druid changes very little going from Cataclysm to Mists of Pandaria. An experienced Cataclysm Balance Druid could jump straight into Mists of Pandaria while making almost no changes and still find success. There is some refinement to the spec and a few pain points ironed out, but overall, the spec plays and feels very similar.
