Players on the Forever Beta quickly noticed that at least one new quest was available, and it rewards an early BoP 6-slot bag. It's likely each starting zone has their own version of this quest, whether new or old!
Bag Rewards from Quests
Around level 3 or 4, players can pick up a new quest in WoW Forever. In Dun Morogh, players pick up the quest Grund and Gozwin, requiring them to take down a Snow Leopard Prowler while also recovering Gozwin's Mechanic's Log.
Once completed, players will come back to receive that oh-so-valuable 6-slot bag. In WoW Forever, bags will automatically go into your bag slots if an empty one is available.
Given that one new quest exists like this, it's highly likely there are more, in each starting zone. The quest Carry Your Weight is known to reward one of these, so keep an eye out for the rest. Below are what could be all the new bags from starting zones:
