Looks like Gift of the Titans was indeed timegated an additional week, and is now available for free! Gift of the Titans is a very strong Horrific Visions buff, giving a chance on every mob kill for you to become immune to Sanity effects and gain 60% Haste and Movement speed for 20 seconds.
