Gallywix Nerfs – Liberation of Undermine Hotfixes

With the weekly reset, Gallywix has been nerfed on non-Mythic difficulties.

The two soak mechanics on Gallywix have been nerfed on non-Mythic difficulties. It appears that you only need 1 target in each for it not to cause it to explode, but this target may still die from the upfront damage.
