(FIXED) Mythic Zskarn Bugged – Not Casting Unstable Embers in Patch 10.1.5

After Patch 10.1.5 launched, players have noticed that Mythic Zskarn is not casting Unstable Embers -- significantly decreasing the difficulty of the encounter.

This has now been fixed.

One of the main mechanics on Mythic Zskarn is Unstable Embers which deals high damage to 4 players but when the debuff expires, it fires a line towards them Elimination Protocol.
