(FIXED) Havoc Demon Hunter Dealing Less Damage with Patch 11.1.5 – Aldrachi Reaver Change

With Patch 11.1.5, Havoc Demon Hunters appears to be doing less damage due to an unannounced change with the Aldrachi Reaver Hero Talent.

This also applies to Vengeance Demon Hunter as well in a similar way.

An unannounced change or bug has been introduced to Aldrachi Reaver for both Havoc and Vengeance Demon Hunter regarding the function of Reaver's Mark.
