(FIXED) Augmentation Evoker Bugs on Patch 10.2 Launch

Some bugs appear to be affecting Augmentation Evoker on the Patch 10.2 launch, especially in Mythic+ content!

Edit: This now appears to be fixed.

As posted in the Wyrmrest Temple discord, players have discovered that Augmentation Evoker has some weird bugs!

Larias in the Wyrmrest Temple discord for Augmentation Evokers posted the following.

Hey everyone, the Aberrus four piece bonus is not working which is contributing to lower than expected DPS for augmentation.
