At the entrance, you will find a Mysterious Device object.
Interacting with the object will activate the runes on the Device.

First Look at Titan Rune Dungeons in Phase 2 Wrath Classic
Blizzard previously announced that an increased difficulty to Heroic Dungeons would be coming in Phase 2, dubbed "Heroic Plus Dungeons" by the community. Now that the PTR for Wrath Classic is live, we'll take a look at how to activate Titan Rune Dungeons with the Defense Protocol Alpha.
