From the Fractured Peaks all the way to Kehjistan, we have the locations of every Altar of Lilith in Sanctuary! These statues are important for two reasons - first, they give various permanent stat bonuses to every character on your account. Secondly, finding an Altar of Lilith will increase your character's Renown within each zone. Renown is important, as gaining renown will unlock rewards such as additional Skill Points, experience bonuses, and Paragon Points!
