This is the final reward on the Manaforge Omega raid renown track.
While the final rank of Behind Enemy Lines requires a turn-in outside of the raid, there is no quest to unlock the Path of the All-Devouring. The teleport will simply be added to your spellbook under Hero's Path: War Within Raids upon reaching Renown 15.
Who needs Warlocks anyway?
If this feels quicker than it did in Season 2, that's because it is! The Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club had 20 ranks of renown, which was reduced to speed things up a bit in Manaforge Omega. Although this is the end of the renown track, you may still have cloak ensembles and cosmetic raid weapons to buy, or Cartel secrets to find before exhausting everything Manaforge Omega has to offer.
