Fewer Delves Required to Fill World Row in Great Vault

In the latest hotfixes, players now need to complete fewer Delves to fill the World row in the Great Vault.

The latest hotfixes on live servers have now nerfed the World Row to require less objectives to acquire the slot. If you've optimizing that slot, this means you only need to complete EIGHT Tier 8 delves instead of 12 starting next week with Season!
