Evoker Bloodlust and Paladin Battle Ress Added to Dragonflight Beta

Blizzard has added the new Bloodlust spell for Evokers and Battle Ress spell for Paladins on today's build.

NEW  Increases haste by 30% for all party and raid members for 40 sec.
Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and unable to benefit from Fury of the Aspects or similar effects again for 10 min.

NEW  Petition the Light on the behalf of a fallen ally, restoring spirit to body and allowing them to reenter battle with 60% health and at least 20% mana.
