There are two new zones in Phase 3 of MoP Classic: the Isle of Thunder and the Isle of Giants. The first is the home for the story campaign and the new raid, while the second is a breeding ground for dinosaurs - and for farming Giant Dinosaur Bone to earn rewards.

New World Bosses
Oondasta World Boss Guide Nalak World Boss Guide
Both of the two new zones have a World Boss, Nalak the Stormlord and Oondasta. Nalak, on the Isle of Thunder, drops Normal Tier 15 Legs and Gloves pieces, as well as a collection of PvP gear. Oondasta, on the Isle of Giants, drops Normal-level Chest, Waist, Hands, Ring, and Neck gear.
The Next Chapter of the Legendary Questline
Legendary Questline Guide - Chapter III: Two Princes
Wrathion continues his quest for power, and in Phase 3, you can earn a Legendary gem to put in helms from the Throne of Thunder raid.
Indomitable Primal Diamond - +324 Stamina and chance on being hit to gain 20% reduction to damage taken.
Courageous Primal Diamond - +324 Intellect and chance on beneficial spell to make your spells cost no mana for 4 sec.
Capacitive Primal Diamond - +324 Crit, and chance on melee or ranged hit to gain Capacitance.
Sinister Primal Diamond - +324 Crit, and chance on spell damage to gain 30% spell haste.
New Factions
Kirin Tor Offensive Guide Sunreaver Onslaught Guide Shado-Pan Assault Guide
Horde and Alliance have one new faction each on the Isle of Thunder, the Kirin Tor Offensive and Sunreaver Onslaught. You will earn reputation with your faction as you play through the story campaign and complete daily quests. Rewards include Epic gear and a faction-specific mount.
There is also a Neutral faction, the Shado-Pan Assault, which you will earn reputation with by killing trash and bosses in the Throne of Thunder raid.
Celestial Dungeon Updates

The Celestial Dungeons are officially starting a seasonal cadence, and Phase 3 will be the beginning of Season 2. In addition to updated rewards from the Throne of Thunder raid, the buffs have been updated, and the dungeons will have lightning-inspired affixes.
Platinum Challenge Mode Dungeons

The Challenge Mode Dungeons are also seeing an update in Phase 3. Blizzard is introducing a rank that requires even faster time than Gold, which they are calling Platinum. Completing a Challenge Mode Dungeon in Platinum time will reward Valor Points and Platinum Coins, and the coins can be used to purchase pets, toys, mounts, and transmog sets.
New Rare Spawns
New Rares in Phase 3 of MoP Classic
In addition to all the new content on the two new zones, there are new rare spawns on the mainland of Pandaria. Zandalari Warscout and Zandalari Warbringer can be found in all zones except Valley of the Four Winds, and they can drop Reputation Tokens and one of three new Direhorn mounts.
