Blizzard has now officially commented on the Primordial Stone tuning that has occurred today.

Today's Changelog

Edit #1 (12:39 PM PST): Humming Arcane Stone nerfed to have a 20 second ICD.

Edit #2 (2:04 PM PST): Swirling Mojo Stone nerfed to no longer have mojos (Breathing Mojo Crystal, Shadowy Mojo Crystal, Hateful Mojo Crystal) go to your mailbox and are Unique (1). Wind Sculpted Stone/Wild Spirit Stone interaction removed.
