A Matter of Perspective
With only a few short days of larger-scale testing now complete, players are already pushing the limits of what they can achieve. Lock_Audio from the WoWHousing subreddit created a reading nook complete with a forced-perspective window to the outdoors - all by creatively shrinking placed items inside a skybox room!
This is just a small taste of what the new Player Housing features will allow - and if someone can think it up, it's likely able to be made!
A Puzzling Home
Sometimes, you want to come home to a brain teaser, and Muskotten certainly nailed it! This user created a giant puzzle house, complete with false walls, hidden corridors, and a sky-high jump puzzle to get to a cozy bed nook.
Many players thought of the concept of "Escape Room" houses when the feature was first announced, and it certainly looks like they'll be more than just a possibility - they'll be a popular choice.
Themeing On Point
Of course, one of the most popular ideas for housing so far has been to make themed homes for the playable races. We've seen plenty of Alliance-themed homes so far, but this Tauren-inspired home is really in-tents! CottageWizard has made a fantastic Tauren tribal hideaway, filled with color and comfort.
Living Incognito
Not everyone is a social butterfly, though - sometimes, you just want to disconnect, get off the grid a bit, and maybe... live under a rock? Average Gamer Person made an introvert's dream home: no pesky door-to-door salesmen can find you now, even in Azeroth!
The natural look of this house is absolutely great - and for those who like privacy, blending into the scenery might be a dream come true!
