Devourer DH10%5%~11.5% on 2-3 targets, ~5.5% on 5 targets, ~4.3% on 8 targets. 2-3 Target is so high because of a bug causing Focused Ray to turn off after 3 targets rather than 1. It used to be this way on beta but they "changed it" to 1 target (they only changed the tooltip they didnt change anything else).

Devastation Evoker-4.1%-3.2%Devastation was one of the best DPS specs, performing well above the upper quartile in Raid. This nerf shouldn't come as a big surprise, but it does have some consequences when it comes to individual spec vs Augmentation. For the late encounters of the raid, like Crown of the Cosmos, Aug was already ahead of Devastation due to the way the encounter is designed. This is after the recent tuning Augmentation also had. Mythic+ isn't available yet, but it was also looking like the frontrunner there based on Beta performance. Devastation is still viable, but these nerfs double down on the superiority of Augmentation for the most challenging content the game has to offer. Many Evokers who care about their performance will likely make the swap.
