Based on the current Roadmap, Patch 11.2.5 is not expected until sometime in Autumn, at least four months away.

Encrypted Patch 11.2.5 Internal Test Build on WoWDev Servers
Blizzard has updated one of their internal servers with an encrypted Patch 11.2.5 build! Clearly looking quite a ways forward from our current season, it's unlikely to be available on the PTR, though may be a testing ground for future Addon or Player Housing changes.
