Based on the WoW 2025 Roadmap, we should expect 11.1.7 to drop around late spring. Based on patch cadence, this is likely happening early to mid June.

Encrypted 11.1.7 War Within Build Spotted on Dev Servers – Internal Testing Starting
The War Within train doesn't stop, even with Season 2 launching this week and a preview yesterday of Patch 11.1.5, Blizzard has updated one of their internal development servers to Patch 11.1.7, build 59586. Note that this build is encrypted, so we can't datamine its contents.
