Eight New Race/Class Combos Coming in WoW Dragonflight
With the WoW Dragonflight pre-patch, Patch 10.0, new race/class combos will be available to players. With the change, you will be able to create Mages, Priests, and Rogues of any race.
This was revealed in an interview with Brian Holinka.

Highmountain Tauren Mage
Orc Priest
Highmountain Tauren Priest
Tauren Rogue
Highmountain Tauren Rogue
Draenei Rogue
Lightforged Draenei Rogue
