The experience, bag, and micro bars do not have checkboxes, and are always enabled.
Unfortunately, the experience and reputation bars cannot yet be resized, which is a common feature in addons such as Bartender.

Edit Mode Updates – Reposition Experience Bars, Bags, and Micro Menu on the Dragonflight PTR
Edit Mode is being expanded on the Dragonflight Patch 10.0.5 PTR, finally allowing players to reposition experience and reputation bars, the micro menu, bag bar, and the equipment durability paper doll!
