Raid Reputation: Shado-Pan Assault
The Shado-Pan's most elite warriors, led by Taran Zhu, will stop at nothing to thwart the plans of the Thunder King. As such, you'll earn their trust primarily by venturing into the Throne of Thunder raid and defeating bosses. While there are other ways to obtain reputation early on (from farming trash or one-time quests), the bulk of this rep will be received by clearing the raid weekly.
Shado-Pan Assault Guide
For your trouble, the Shado-Pan Assault reputation Quartermasters (Teng of the Flying Daggers and Ao Pye) will offer epic gear that you can purchase for Valor Points starting at Neutral, with most of the rewards being available at Friendly and shoulder slot items available at Exalted.

The Kirin Tor Offensive, led by Jaina Produmoore, establishes the Alliance's primary foothold in the Isle of Thunder. You can start unlocking this faction through the Thunder Calls quest, obtained automatically upon entering the Shrine of Seven Stars.

Reputation with the Kirin Tor Offensive is primarily earned through daily quests, killing Rare Elites on the Isle of Thunder, and various one-time quest rewards as the story progresses. Upon reaching Revered rep, you can increase reputation gains by obtaining the Grand Commendation of the Kirin Tor Offensive.
