How to Earn
Earning these new Decor items will take less than 5 minutes. The first step is to head to Thalassian University in northwestern Silvermoon City.
Once there, speak with Richmond, who will sell you either a Horde Tabard of Participation or an Alliance Tabard of Participation for just 5 gold. In addition to these new Tabards, Richmond also sells a Kickable Practice Ball.
After applying your respective Tabard of Participation, take a Kickable Practice Ball, and place it at the center of the field. Interacting with the ball will cause it to move several feet in the direction that your character is facing. Continue kicking the ball towards a goal on either side of the field until you've scored.
Completing this task 3 times will reward players with the Goal! achievement, unlocking the Prized Orb of Azeroth, Framed Horde Pride, and Framed Alliance Pride housing Decor Items. Duplicates of these Decor items can be purchased from Richmond for 5,000 gold each.
