Previously, the Great Vault allowed players to only get loot from bosses that they've killed which allowed players to skip "low-tier" bosses like Sennarth and Terros by never killing them. As such Blizzard is now making boss kills retroactive, so you can't just kill Sarkareth + 1 and only get loot from those bosses.
