The first set of Mythic+ hotfixes of 2023 have gone live which includes some Nokhud Offensive nerfs!

Teera starts casting Quick Shot ~3 seconds after Gale Arrow hits players (was 0.4 seconds)

Thanks to Kyrasis for noticing this!

This will help players not get globalled after Gale Arrow hits, now giving players ~4.5 seconds to prepare for an upcoming Quick Shot, up from 2 seconds.
