Diablo 4 PTR Patch 1.4.0 Rogue Class Changes – Grenades Buffed, Bug Fixes

Rogues are seeing some large buffs in the PTR and Patch 1.4.0 for Diablo 4, including huge buffs to Grenade abilities as well as numerous bug fixes.
