After a week of Headhunt-related crashes, it seems everything is now re-enabled, Restless Rot has been buffed, and players can clear Headhunts efficiently again.

Diablo 4 Patch 2.1.0 Hotfix 4 – Cleansing Pyres Re-Enabled
Blizzard released another Hotfix for Patch 2.1.0 for Diablo 4 on all platforms, re-enabling the Cleansing Pyres in Headhunts that were causing server crashes earlier this week. Additionally, the hotfix fixed an issue with Exposed Roots dropping loot when other players destroyed them.
