Blizzard released another Hotfix for Patch 2.1.0 for Diablo 4 on all platforms, increasing the amount of Restless Rot dropped by elite monsters. Players often find that monsters from cocoons in Headhunts fill the floor with items, but struggle to get the necessary Restless Rot for their seasonal unlocks such as the powerful Occult Gems. This hotfix aims to change that by shifting their drops more towards Restless Rot, letting the community farm their unlocks quicker!
