Diablo 4 Patch 1.1.3 HOTFIX – Cursed Scroll of Chaos Fix
Blizzard has fixed the being used outside of Fields of Hatred in the newest Patch 1.1.3 Hotfix. Since this item allowed for teleportation, it makes sense that this was a huge bug - we're glad to see it taken care of!
