Blizzard has announced that Diablo 4 will be getting a Public Test Realm! During their Season 3 Campfire Chat livestream, the Diablo 4 development team mentioned massive changes to itemization and rewards coming with Season 4, which players will be able to test during Diablo 4's very first Public Test Realm phase.
