Death Knights who change specialization to Frost while a Death Rune is active over one of their Blood Runes should no longer lose their permanent Death Rune.

Blizzard has released a Hotfix for Mists of Pandaria Classic, which allows Death Knights to retain their permanent Death Rune when changing to Frost Specialization.
