Datamined S1 Dungeon Tuning for August 20th (Part 3)

We've datamined the S1 dungeon tuning for today which also includes increased count from some mobs in dungeons.

We are unable to datamine the exact health changes as mentioned in this post.

Part 1: Lots of dungeon and count changes.
Part 2: Minor tuning and count changes.
Part 3: More changes including the reversion of the Drain Fluids change.
