Dalaran and Garrison Hearthstones To Become Toys in Patch 10.1.5

One of the new changes in Patch 10.1.5 Fractures in Time is a small change, but one players will appreciate a lot: The Dalaran Hearthstone and Garrison Hearthstones will become toys, permanently freeing two bag slots for everyone who uses them!

Even after they're learned as toys, they still work on a separate cooldown from the many other Hearthstone toys.
