Cypher of the First Ones Bug – Trebalim Understanding Locked (Fixed)

The research node Trebalim Understanding from the Cypher of the First Ones sytem in Zereth Mortis is currently bugged for many players. Players that have completed Dealic Understanding are unable to research Trebalim, with a error message saying it is already being researched in a different character.

Edit: Blizzard has fixed this issue.
