Crunching for Cultists requires 50 wins of Tic-Tac-Toe at the Strategem in the Twilight Ascension basecamp. For those looking for the quickest way to complete this achievement, here's a simple strategy:

Pick a faction as your designated marker.

With your first three moves, select 3 corners of the board.

Based on the AI's move selections, select whichever remaining marker will secure three-in-a-row (if applicable).

This strategy greatly increases your chances of winning by creating 3 possible victories that your opponent doesn't have enough moves to block. Keep in mind, this does not guarantee wins, but rather greatly increases the chances of it. Depending on the AI's moves, games can sometimes end as quickly as 3 moves, or at worst, draw after 5 moves.
