Crafting Tier Set Gear Has a Cooldown in Patch 9.2 – Additional Creation Catalyst Details
In Patch 9.2, Blizzard announced that players would be able to craft Tier Gear at the Creation Catalyst. We've learned from this PTR build that the Creation Catalyst will have a limit on how often you can craft a Tier Set piece.
