Players on the Area-52 North American realm seem to not be able to queue any crafting orders - whether it's public, private or a guild order. The order fails and gives the notice:
Crafting Order creation failed. Please try again later.
We tested this ourselves on Area-52, and were able to confirm that the Crafting Orders appear to be broken.
However, we were able to submit crafting orders on the North American server Zul'jin, so this doesn't appear to be a global outage.
