Fixed an issue that caused Reaver’s Mark stacks to behave incorrectly and inconsistently.

Fixed an issue where Harrier’s Cry was not granting its effect to allies.

Vexie and the Geargrinders

Resolved an issue where the encounter could reset when Vexie ejects from The Geargrinder.
