Clarifications Regarding GDKP Restrictions – Season of Discovery

Blizzard has shared a long Blue Post adding additional clarity around what qualifies as a GDKP, why its being restricted in Phase 2 Season of Discovery, and other specifics regarding this new policy direction. Blizzard announced that GDKP Raids would be banned in Phase 2 of Season of Discovery in the Preview video.
