Changes to Honor Gain in Season of Discovery Phase 5

While PvP wasn't heavily featured in Season of Discovery Phase 4, as Phase 5 begins the honor gain system has received some buffs to help players rank up. In Season of Discovery Phase 5, players will be able to reach Rank 13!
