Chains of Domination Final Chapter Confirms Fan Theory About The Jailer (Spoilers)
A theory about the Jailer's original purpose in the Shadowlands has been confirmed with the release of the final Chains of Domination story chapter: Chapter 9 - What Happens Next. Unlike the previous eight chapters, this questline never appeared on the PTR, meaning this is the first time we are learning this information.
