Patch 9.2.5 features a new cinematic between Calia Menethil and Lilian Voss discussing the Forsaken in a post-Sylvanas world, as well as reflections from prominent Forsaken NPCs.

It appears that Calia will be welcomed by the Forsaken, going by the new moniker "the Pallid Lady" (Calia Menethil) with Derek as the "champion of the Pallid Lady" (Derek Proudmoore).
