Caged Malignant Hearts Can’t Be Traded in Diablo 4 Season 1 – Malignant Socketed Jewelry Can Be Traded
In the recent Season of the Malignant Official Preview, Blizzard highlighted the new Malignant hearts system and noted that Caged Hearts (the gem-like item that can be socketed into jewelry with Malignant Sockets) cannot be traded to other players throughout Season 1.
Malignant Socketed Jewelry, however, can be still be traded.
