Have you noticed you can't do damage in party play or you seemingly don't hit World Bosses? Anyone near you that was utilizing was stealing your damage!

Or - maybe you were the culprit and you were stealing your friends' damage.

Patch 1.1.1 Official Notes

Currently, once is activated, the enemy becomes immune and all damage from you, nearby players or, group mates is calculated towards the final output of the damage.
