How to Obtain Multiple Miniature Dark Portals
In order to obtain multiple miniature Dark Portals, you need to have earned at least one copy of the original. You can then buy addition copies from Gabbi in Orgrimmar or Tuuran in Stormwind.

You can buy the Dark Portal decor items for gold. There is a discount based on your reputation with the vendor: Bilgewater Cartel for Horde and Exodar for Alliance, up to a minimum of 1,200 gold for Exalted.
These vendors will also be the location where you can buy additional decor drops from promotions once they are released.
