This cache can be bought and traded to alts, awarding a random piece of Champion 1/6 loot. While bonus rolls are great for getting Myth track gear, and Hero track gear can be farmed from Mythic+, this grants fresh level 90s a good set of entry level gear to head into Mythic+ and raid to get even higher gear!
It's unclear if there's a Mythic+ score requirement to purchase this cache, but if there is a requirement it appears to be account-wide as a 0 score character can buy this cache immediately.
