Bullions Capped at 12 Per Characters Dragonflight Season 4?

Players have noticed that Bullions seem to have an unannounced cap of 12 and no new Bullion is available this week.

Dragonflight Season 4 has had a lot of bugs, including being disabled early in June and disabling the Season 4 upgrade vendors yesterday. It seems that another Dragonflight Season 4 bug may have taken place, or an unannounced cap -- Bullions no longer seem to be dropping and are capped at 12.
