There's clearly a theme here, as each one of these Runes grants either Spell Hit or Weapon Skill to help player damage connect with the intended target - Rune of Defense Specialization being the exception, instead bolstering Defense.

BoA Ring Runes Datamined on Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR
Blizzard recently released Development Notes outlining many new features coming to Season of Discovery in Phase 4, and we’ve been hard at work datamining a wide assortment of Ring Runes from the PTR to help fill in some of the blanks!
