Blizzard Updates Explanation on Catalyst Charges in Season 2

Blizzard has updated their explanation on how Catalyst Charges work in Season 2.

In yesterday's Patch 11.1 Development Notes, one of the notes originally said:

Each of the Feats of Strength for achieving Keystone Master, 1600+ in rated PvP, and killing the final raid boss on Heroic or Mythic difficulty now grant one additional Catalyst charge as a reward.
