Blizzard on Party and Raid Utility Changes on Dragonflight Beta – Spellwarding Protection Only, Restless Crew ICD
Blizzard has commented on some changes on the Dragonflight Beta regarding party and raid utility. Restless Crew for outlaw now has a 2 second ICD, Blessing of Spellwarding is Protection Paladin only and many other party and raid cooldowns have been changed as well.
