Blizzard on Party and Raid Utility Changes on Dragonflight Beta – Spellwarding Protection Only, Restless Crew ICD

Blizzard has commented on some changes on the Dragonflight Beta regarding party and raid utility. Restless Crew for outlaw now has a 2 second ICD, Blessing of Spellwarding is Protection Paladin only and many other party and raid cooldowns have been changed as well.

 Restless Blades also affects party members within 40 yds, reducing the remaining cooldown of a major offensive ability by 0.2 sec per combo point spent.
