Blizzard & NetEase Want All Specializations to be Viable – Beast Mastery Hunter Buffs on Titan Reforged

Blizzard and NetEase have given Beast Mastery Hunters a very welcome gift during this holiday Season - buffs! These changes are being implemented in an effort to allow all Specializations to be viable on China's Titan Reforged server.

Massive Buffs to Arms Warrior Restoration Druid Healing Buffs

After the weekly maintenance on January 8, 2026, we will be implementing the following changes to the Hunter – Beast Mastery talent tree on the Titan Reforged server “Time.”

*Due to the scope of these changes, the release date may be delayed by up to one week, depending on testing progress.

Beast Mastery Hunter
Bestial Wrath
Activating Bestial Wrath no longer increases pet size.
The pet damage bonus has been reduced to 40% (down from 50%).

This change is intended to reduce Beast Mastery’s reliance on this single burst cooldown and redistribute overall power to other areas.

Ferocious Inspiration
Now additionally increases your pet’s damage by 5/10/15/20/25% (up from 4/8/12/16/20%). Pet's special ability critical strike damage increased by 6/12/18/24/30%. Pet size is now permanently increased by 10/20/30/40/50%.

Experience (Talent Removed) - The Experience talent has been removed and replaced with a new talent: Eagle Shot.
Summons an eagle that dives at the target, dealing a small amount of Physical damage instantly. The eagle continues to track the target for 18 seconds, dealing damage over time.

Eagle Shot always hits and can be cast while moving.

You may have up to two eagles active at the same time. Eagle attributes scale with the hunter’s Attack Power, Critical Strike Rating, Hit Rating, and Haste Rating (Haste updates dynamically).

Invigoration (Talent Removed)

Bestial Discipline
In addition to its existing effects, it now also incorporates the former Experience talent effect: Reduces the cooldown of Bestial Wrath, Intimidation, and pet special abilities by 15/30%.

Beastmaster
In addition to its existing effects, it now also incorporates the former Invigoration talent effect: When your pet’s special ability critically strikes, you have a 50/100% chance to restore 1% mana.

Beast Mastery
Moved from the original 11th-row capstone to the 10th row, now connected to Ferocious Inspiration. Effect remains unchanged.

Porcupine Decoy (New Capstone Talent)
Replaces the original 11th-row capstone talent. Summons a porcupine at a nearby location that attacks the nearest enemy and automatically tracks nearby targets. Every 2.5 seconds, it fires deadly quills in a 20-yard cone, lasting 15 seconds. Cooldown: 25 seconds.

Porcupine attributes scale with the hunter’s Attack Power, Critical Strike Rating, Hit Rating, Haste Rating, and Armor Penetration Rating. Haste and Armor Penetration update dynamically.

Developer’s Notes

Our goal for the Time server is to let a hundred flowers bloom—every specialization should have the right to participate in raid content.

Players should be free to choose what they enjoy, whether that’s a preferred specialization or a favorite raid team. There should no longer be raid slot gatekeeping or “meta monopolies.”

Not a single one should be left behind—not even a hunter’s pet, our most loyal companion.

As Christmas approaches, this update is our gift to all Hunters.
